Over the past few months, the Plainfield Division of Parks and Recreation created a series of exercise videos for their Seniors on the Move initiative to ensure that, even if you are home-bound and socially distancing to stay safe, you will be able to keep moving. The videos star Carolyn Oliver, who leads viewers through a series of exercises that can be done barrier-free.
