On Tuesday, June 7th, Vote for Plainfield's Column A Democrats!

I am endorsing Robert K. Graham, Democrat for First Ward Plainfield City Council. I have known Robert for many years, and his dedication to Plainfield speaks for itself. As a community activist, Robert’s involvement in our city’s civic life began as soon as he moved to the Queen City: as an involved parent, he has served as PTO President at Maxson Middle School, as a highly successful realtor, he has helped countless residents maneuver smoothly into home ownership, and as longtime Vice Chairman of the Zoning Board of Adjustment, Robert’s expertise in smart zoning has been invaluable.
Today, Robert sits on the executive board of the Plainfield Democratic City Committee, also serving as district and ward leader for the First Ward. Robert is committed to working with Mayor Adrian O. Mapp and the city council to
increase economic development to improve our ratables, lower crime with enhanced public safety, and expand city services to improve your quality of life in Plainfield. Strong leadership is vital to our future, and I know that Robert will continue to provide the strong leadership that First Ward residents deserve. Robert has been endorsed by the Plainfield Democratice City Committee and the Union County Democratic Committee. On Tuesday, June 7, vote for Robert K. Graham for Plainfield City Council, along with all the Democrats in Column A. Let's keep Plainfield moving forward--vote Column A...all the way!

I am endorsing Councilwoman Joylette Mills-Ransome for reelection as the At-large representative for Plainfield’s 2nd and 3rd Wards. Joylette has provided quality constituent-based service while serving on the council, and currently serves as Chair of the council's Economic Development Committee, as a member of the Finance Committee, the Mayor’s Advisory Board, the Recreation Committee, and as liaison to the  Special Improvement
District.
Community-minded residents in Plainfield all know Joylette, who has been a tireless advocate and volunteer in our city for over 40 years. A longtime member of Central Jersey Alumnae, Delta Sigma Theta, Inc., Joylette remains an earnest and active volunteer at many of her sorority events, raising funds for scholarships for high school seniors, developing audiences for areas in the arts, participating in education forums, addressing social action issues that include voter registration and education, human trafficking, letter writing campaigns, and providing needed items to children in group homes. Joylette's experience and passion for helping others will continue to serve our city well. She has worked diligently with Mayor Adrian O. Mapp and the rest of her city council colleagues to move Plainfield forward, and the result is over $1 billion in economic development projects, lowered crime through enhanced public safety, and expanded city services which have improved our quality of life in Plainfield. Strong leadership is vital to our future, and I know that, if reelected, Joylette will continue to provide the strong leadership that Plainfield residents deserve. Joylette has been endorsed by the Plainfield Democratice City Committee and the Union County Democratic Committee. On Tuesday, June 7, reelect Joylette Mills-Ransome for Plainfield City Council, along with all the Democrats in Column A. Let's keep Plainfield moving forward--vote Column A...all the way!
